TO ALL PROSPECTIVE APPLICANTS OF THE QUAD CITIES BOWLING GUILD:
APPLICANTS FOR MEMBERSHIP INTO THE QUAD CITIES BOWLING GUILD ARE PROCESSED ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. Each member shall be a holder of a current USBC Sanction Card
2. The membership fee is $20.00; Assessment fee is $20.00 yearly; CSBG card $10.00; One monthly due payment; and CSBG Patch $5.00(must be sewn on the left sleeve of the team shirt) Total 80.00
3. All new members must be approved by majority of quorum present at meeting or ⅓ of the membership

If applicant is denied acceptance or is not in agreement with by-laws, joining fee will be refunded.
